- Ensure that the project framework, process and controls are followed and aligned with program
- Validate the Markets Project prepared by Markets SI
Planning & Coordination
- Regular meeting with Markets SI PM and Markets stakeholders
Cost and Timeline management
- Monitor the cost usage (against AFA) at Markets level
- Ensure Markets timeline is not breached and flag potential delay
Stakeholder engagement & Status reporting
- Engage Markets level stake holders and update status on regular basis
- Share Markets level status input
- Prepare RAG status report for Markets
- Maintain communication matrix for Markets
Governance meeting and Facilitation
- Preparing the Deck for Markets and Organize and run the Markets
Risk/Issue management
- Identify Markets specific risk and document the mitigation plan
- Maintain Markets project Risk register.
- Escalation of risks on-time before turning it into issue
- Provide input to release PMO to compile the project level risks
