About the job:We are seeking a strategic, proactive, and dependable Senior B2B Marketing Specialist to lead marketing initiatives for the Singapore office and act as deputy to the Head of Marketing, APAC. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, operates independently, and takes ownership of campaign execution, event strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
This role functions as a strategic extension of the Head of Marketing, APAC, providing leadership support, operational oversight, and continuity across regional marketing initiatives.
Campaign Execution and Strategic Marketing
- Lead and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels, with a strong focus on LinkedIn as a primary platform for brand building, lead generation, and thought leadership.
- Develop content and campaign strategies aligned to Singapore's business priorities in banking, insurance, and product offerings.
- Manage multi-channel distribution across LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and owned channels to amplify reach and engagement.
- Localise APAC and global campaigns to suit the Singapore market, ensuring messaging resonates with local audiences and senior decision-makers.
- Own content calendars, targeting strategies, performance tracking, and optimisation.
- Translate complex financial and technical topics into clear, compelling narratives tailored to C-suite and business leader audiences.
Event Planning and Execution
- Plan and deliver executive-level B2B events, including roundtables, luncheons, and client engagements that drive pipeline growth.
- Manage event strategy, logistics, branding, communications, and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver premium, brand-aligned experiences that strengthen client engagement.
Analytics and Technical Fluency
- Use platforms such as Salesforce Pardot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and Craft CMS to track and optimise performance across campaigns.
- Analyse data to evaluate ROI, audience engagement, and lead quality.
- Apply A/B testing, funnel analysis, and performance reporting to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to budget planning, forecasting, and performance reporting with a data-led approach.
Stakeholder Engagement and Team Collaboration
- Represent marketing in cross-functional planning forums and engage confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate workflows and scale marketing impact.
- Support team culture and process improvement initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency.
- Lead smooth execution of strategic initiatives and business continuity as determined by the Head of Marketing, APAC
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years B2B marketing experience with a strong understanding of the Singapore market.
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn strategy and campaign execution, including organic content amplification and paid campaigns.
- Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and integrated B2B campaign delivery.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Pardot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and content management tools such as CMS.
- Experience in Banking and Financial Services is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience in financial services, consulting, or professional services is advantageous.
- Fluency in English required; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Open to candidates with non-linear career paths who demonstrate strong B2B marketing fundamentals and leadership potential.
