Requirements
5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the gaming industry.
In-depth understanding of brand marketing, campaign storytelling, and creative strategy.
Experience managing social media platforms, content marketing initiatives, and gaming communities.
Strong copywriting and content development skills, with the ability to craft engaging and informative marketing materials.
Proven project management capability with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration, working closely with creative, product, and regional teams.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of global marketing campaigns across digital, social, and community channels.
Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple regions and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with global publishing strategies.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring campaign timelines, deliverables, and assets are executed on schedule.
Collaborate closely with Creative teams to develop high-quality marketing assets, including key visuals, trailers, and promotional materials.
Provide creative direction and campaign guidance to ensure marketing materials align with brand positioning and resonate with target audiences.
Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
Track and evaluate campaign outcomes using brand awareness, engagement, and community growth metrics to inform future marketing strategies.
Collaborate with external partners, including agencies, creators, and community partners, to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
Drive initiatives that strengthen player engagement and brand visibility across social platforms and gaming communities.
