Yamal Trade Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Yamal LNG Joint Venture, is a company incorporated in Singapore which business is linked to LNG and Stable Gas Condensate produced in Yamal LNG plant located at Yamal Peninsula by transporting and selling these commodities to Europe and Asia.
The Senior Marketing Officer is to actively support the Head of Marketing and ADP Team. The incumbent needs to have experience in LNG SPAs, excellent negotiation and communication skills. He/She should also be capable to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
Job Description
- Manage and communicate with buyers on all aspects of LNG and Condensate SPAs including interpretation and application of LNG SPA terms, and where necessary, agree and secure HO management approval for any amendments
- Prepare and distribute contractual notices and draft amendments and side letters for LNG SPAs
- Develop and update LNG SPAs related procedures regularly
- Calculate and agree on contract prices for LNG and Condensate SPAs (based on various indexes as Brent, JCC, TTF, ZTP etc.) and originate invoices for LNG and Condensate cargoes
- Identify and engage with potential new users of Terminal capacity, negotiate the commercial terms of sub-let agreements
- Identify and engage within-tank-sellers of LNG, negotiate the commercial terms for LNG Sales
- Gather necessary information from counter-parties to enable Legal/ Finance/ Security clearance
- Monitor gas and oil market data and developments
- Draft and issue memos and presentations for management on contractual and commercial matters (including Price Review, Force Majeure events, cargo swaps and diversions).
Requirements
- Experience with LNG SPAs and Terminal Use Agreements.
- Strong commercial awareness of LNG trading and in LNG terminal operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), analytical skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent relationship‑management and communication skills, proactive problem‑solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
