Senior Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, email, events, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and KPIs (key performance indicators), providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Manage content creation for marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, and social media advertising strategies to drive traffic and leads.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to create effective marketing collateral.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Organize and attend trade shows, conferences, and events to represent the brand and expand its reach.
• Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to enhance marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and techniques (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, Social Media, etc.).
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
