About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and versatile Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives across performance, content, partnerships, PR, events, and influencer marketing. This role is ideal for someone with a strong growth or performance marketing foundation who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up their sleeves to execute campaigns hands-on.
Based in Singapore, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across the region. You should be someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys experimentation, and is excited to build impactful marketing programs from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Performance Marketing
- Lead customer acquisition and growth initiatives across paid and organic channels.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across retail stores, on our dot com page, Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer funnel metrics to drive ROI and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve conversion, retention, and overall customer journey.
Content & Social Marketing
- Develop and execute content strategies across social media, website, email, and community channels.
- Create compelling marketing content including articles, social posts, campaign assets, and video content.
- Be willing to work hands-on with content production, including basic video filming, editing, or creative coordination when needed.
- Ensure content aligns with brand positioning and supports business objectives.
Events & Community
- Support the planning and execution of online and offline events, webinars, activations, and community initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Help drive attendee engagement and post-event follow-up initiatives.
PR & Communications
- Support media outreach, press releases, and communication initiatives to increase brand visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, agencies, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify storytelling opportunities and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
Influencer & Partnership Marketing
- Identify, engage, and manage influencer collaborations aligned with target audiences and campaign goals.
- Support strategic partnerships with brands, communities, and ecosystem players.
- Track partnership and influencer performance to evaluate impact and ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners where required.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a strong background in growth or performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
- Experience in content marketing and social media, with a willingness to be hands-on in content creation, including video filming or editing if needed.
- Exposure to event management and execution, including both virtual and in-person events.
- Familiarity with PR, media relations, influencer marketing, and partnership initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience working in startups, high-growth companies, or regional marketing roles is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to Southeast Asian audiences.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Comfortable appearing on camera or directing lightweight video shoots when needed.
- Existing network with media, creators, agencies, or ecosystem partners in Singapore is a bonus.
