Job Summary
Lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives targeting the US market to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver impactful digital, social media, influencer, and public relations campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies with key stakeholders to build market awareness and demand ahead of product launches in the US
- Plan, coordinate, and implement social media advertising campaigns in collaboration with Sales Managers to engage US audiences effectively
- Collaborate with the appointed digital agency to design and deliver strategic digital marketing campaigns that maximize ROI and align with business objectives
- Manage US social media accounts by working with design and content teams to create engaging content and maintain consistent updates
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital advertising performance to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Identify and engage relevant US media outlets for product reviews, building and maintaining strong media relationships while monitoring coverage
- Oversee the US Public Relations agency to ensure consistent brand messaging and achieve effective public relations outcomes
- Develop and execute regional influencer marketing campaigns, including strategy formulation, influencer sourcing, rate negotiation, contract management, reporting, and forecasting
- Create custom design assets using Canva to support advertising campaigns and assist Sales Managers with marketing asset needs
- Identify and pursue business development initiatives and strategic partnerships to elevate brand presence in the US market
- Source, coordinate, and execute event participation opportunities in collaboration with agencies and Sales Managers
- Manage marketing budgets and process expense claims for the US portfolio with accuracy and timeliness
- Create, edit, and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and online content to support marketing efforts
- Provide additional marketing support and ad hoc assistance as required to meet evolving business needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Proven ability to manage marketing initiatives targeting the US market
- Hands-on experience executing paid media campaigns across digital and social platforms
- Experience working with and managing external agencies to deliver marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining relationships with US media outlets for product reviews
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and calendar management for US audiences
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Ability to effectively brief designers and copywriters
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, or regional marketing
