About the Role
Spa Esprit Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive who is an equal parts strategic thinker and excellent executor to help lead the next phase of growth for our beauty brands. This role is for a marketer who understands that modern beauty marketing is not just about promotions - it is about building desire, relevance, loyalty, and commercial momentum across every customer touchpoint.
You will play a key role in turning brand strategy into campaigns, content, partnerships, and customer experiences that drive both revenue and long-term brand equity. For optimal delivery, you will also work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, creative, CRM, digital, PR, and frontline teams to deliver campaigns and experiences that strengthen brand relevance and business performance.

Role Purpose
- Deliver high-quality campaign and launch execution across brand touch points.
- Own recurring work streams and projects with minimal supervision.
- Ensure consistency, speed, and operational discipline in day-to-day marketing delivery.
- Support stronger performance by translating plans into clean market execution.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies across Spa Esprit Group's beauty brands to drive revenue, customer growth, and brand equity.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, partnerships, PR, influencer marketing, and in-store channels.
- Brief and work closely with internal and external creative partners on campaign assets, copy, visual direction, and content needs.
- Work with digital teams and agency partners to optimize paid media performance, traffic, conversion, and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Work with agency partners to identify and develop partnership, PR, and influencer opportunities that elevate brand visibility and cultural relevance.
- Manage timelines, approvals, asset development, vendor coordination, and rollout.
- Ensure all campaign elements are delivered on time and to brand standards.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, including sales impact, ROI, customer engagement, and channel effectiveness.
- Translate data and customer insights into actionable recommendations for future marketing activity.
- Monitor competitor activity, category trends, and consumer behaviour to identify whitespace opportunities and keep the brands competitive and distinctive.
- Manage budgets, timelines, marketing inventories, and vendor coordination where required.
Brand & Retail / Service Marketing
- Coordinate in-store/on-ground marketing materials including POSM, signage, launch collateral, and customer-facing communications.
- Ensure all brand communications are aligned with brand tone, positioning, and visual identity.
- Partner with operations and frontline teams to ensure marketing campaigns are executed seamlessly across physical locations.
Content, CRM & Reporting (with the support of Digital team)
- Manage content planning and social rollout across owned channels, including social media, email, website, and in-store communications.
- Support CRM and retention initiatives, including customer journeys, database marketing, loyalty communications, and reactivation campaigns.
- Highlight issues, learnings, and opportunities for future improvement.
Vendor & Project Coordination
- Manage vendors, production timelines, and delivery schedules.
- Keep trackers, files, and implementation status updated.
- Help solve day-to-day execution issues quickly.

Skills Required
- 4 - 7 years of experience in marketing, brand, or integrated communications, preferably in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong experience in campaign management across both brand-building and performance-driven marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong commercial sense, with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid social, CRM, content, SEO, influencer marketing, and analytics.
- Strong communication skills, with a good eye for brand, visuals, and customer experience.
- Comfortable working with data, drawing insights, and making recommendations based on performance.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
- Collaborative and confident in working across functions and with external partners.
- Experienced in beauty, aesthetics, personal care, or service-led consumer brands is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with the Singapore market and regional consumer trends is preferred.
