Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee and execute marketing strategies across our concepts (Rappu, The Feather Blade, Baes Hospitality). This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through both digital and on-ground initiatives, while ensuring brand consistency across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement overall marketing strategies for both restaurant brands
- Ensure consistent brand positioning, voice, and identity across all platforms
- Plan annual marketing calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities
2. Digital Marketing & Content
- Manage all digital channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and website
- Oversee content creation (photos, videos, reels, campaigns)
- Work with designers, photographers, and agencies to produce high-quality content
- Monitor trends and adapt strategies to stay relevant in the F&B scene
3. Campaigns & Promotions
- Conceptualise and execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and menu launches
- Drive footfall during off-peak periods through targeted promotions
- Track campaign performance and ROI
4. Partnerships & Events
- Identify and manage brand collaborations, influencers, and partnerships
- Plan and execute events such as media tastings, soft launches, and brand activations
- Build relationships with PR agencies, media, and KOLs
5. CRM & Customer Engagement
- Develop customer retention strategies (loyalty programmes, email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns)
- Analyse customer behaviour and feedback to improve marketing initiatives
- Manage online reputation (Google reviews, social engagement, etc.)
6. Budget & Performance Tracking
- Manage and optimise marketing budgets across both outlets
- Analyse performance metrics (sales impact, engagement, conversion rates)
- Prepare monthly reports for management review
7. Team & Vendor Management
- Manage internal marketing team and external vendors/agencies
- Coordinate with operations teams to align marketing with outlet activities
- Ensure timely execution of all campaigns
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3-6 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and branding
- Experience in managing multiple brands or outlets is a strong advantage
- Creative, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and project management skills
