Job Description

E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Lead (Multi-Brand)

Role Overview:We are seeking a strategic and proactive Digital Marketing Lead to oversee the digital presence of multiple brands within our group. In this role, you won't just be executing tasks you will be the conductor of our creative and technical teams. You will bridge the gap between high-level brand strategy and daily execution, ensuring our videographers, designers, and media buyers are aligned to launch high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Campaign Management

  • Concept to Launch: Architect seasonal and monthly sales campaigns across multiple brands, defining the big idea and the promotional mechanics.

  • Trend Forecasting: Stay ahead of social media trends, viral content formats, and e-commerce shifts to keep our brands relevant.

  • Timeline Ownership: Manage the master marketing calendar, ensuring all assets (video, graphics, ad copy) are ready for launch without bottlenecks.

Team Coordination & Workflow

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Brief and manage the workload of our in-house creative team (videographers, graphic designers, and social media executives).

  • Media Buying Oversight: Collaborate with the Media Buyer to ensure ad creatives are performing and that budget allocation aligns with brand goals.

  • Quality Control: Review and approve all creative assets to ensure they meet brand standards and are optimized for conversion.

Performance & Growth

  • High-Level Analytics: Monitor performance across Shopify, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager to identify growth opportunities.

  • Optimization Strategy: You will analyze weekly/monthly reports to recommend pivots in creative direction or campaign strategy.

  • Multi-Brand Synergy: Identify opportunities to cross-promote or apply successful strategies from one brand to others within the group.

Requirements:

. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or related field.

. 1-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital marketing preferred

. Fresh Graduates are welcome

. Proficiency in Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO.

. Strong understanding of ad performance metrics, reporting, and campaign optimization.

. Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or equivalent tools for basic creatives is a plus.

. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
