Manage social media platforms and create engaging content (posts, videos, graphics), including platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu (XHS), etc.
Oversee e-commerce platforms, including product listings, promotions, and monitoring sales performance.
Plan and execute digital campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Analyse performance metrics and insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Handle and respond to customer enquiries from social media and e-commerce channels in a timely and professional manner.
Participate in brand IP creation and content positioning to strengthen brand identity and consistency across platforms.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
Familiar with major social media platforms and trends, including Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and similar channels.
Skilled in Canva, InShot, or other content creation / editing tools knowledge of e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and a good team player with a positive learning attitude.
Able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking audiences/overseas colleagues and suppliers will be an advantage
