As one of Singapore's leading AI training providers, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive (Integrated & Community) to shape how our brand is experienced across social media, events, partnerships, and community engagement.

This is a high-ownership role for a marketer who enjoys both strategy and execution. You will own Vertical Institute's organic social media presence, lead community and event marketing initiatives, manage our Public Relations agency relationship, and ensure our brand is consistently represented across every customer touchpoint.

Working closely with the Digital & Growth Marketing Manager, you will also provide day-to-day direction to a Marketing Executive, helping maintain execution quality while driving initiatives that strengthen our visibility, engagement, and reputation in the market.

What you will own

Social Media & Brand Management

• Own Vertical Institute's social media strategy and content calendar across all key platforms.
• Develop content direction for both organic and paid social campaigns, ensuring every touchpoint reflects a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging.
• Lead planning and execution of social-first campaigns that support business objectives while increasing brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Conduct regular social media audits, monitor performance, and recommend improvements based on audience insights and campaign data.
• Create content that resonates with key audiences including HR leaders, business owners, working professionals, and enterprise decision-makers.

Events & Community

• Plan and execute events, workshops, networking sessions, and community initiatives across our B2C, B2B, and alumni segments.
• Own end-to-end event coordination, working with instructors, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
• Develop initiatives that strengthen engagement within the Vertical Institute alumni community and encourage long-term advocacy.
• Support partnership campaigns and co-marketing initiatives with external organisations to expand brand reach.

Brand Communications & Marketing Assets

• Manage execution of campaign assets including email campaigns, event collateral, landing pages, presentation materials, and promotional content.
• Work closely with designers, content creators, and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.
• Support the management of our Public Relations agency, ensuring communications align with business priorities and campaign objectives.
• Maintain consistency across all customer-facing communications.

Performance & Optimization

• Track performance across social media campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
• Produce regular reporting with actionable recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness.
• Use marketing insights to continuously refine messaging, content strategy, and community initiatives.

What we look for

We are looking for a marketer who combines creativity with strong execution discipline—someone who understands how to build a brand while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Beyond that:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or community marketing.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong experience managing a brand's social media presence from planning through execution.
• Experience managing EDMs (email marketing), Telegram and WhatsApp Channels, or other owned communication channels. 
• Experience planning and delivering marketing events or community initiatives.
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Comfortable interpreting campaign performance data and translating insights into improvements.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative and confident working with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Public Relations agencies or media relations.
• Experience within education, training, or professional services.
• Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and analytics tools.
• Experience supporting partnership marketing or co-marketing campaigns.
