Fresher is established in 2019, we amassed traction in our 3 brands: Fresher Performance Meals, Fresher Dinners, Fresher Catering & Events. We are looking for a senior marketing executive to work on Fresher dinners a well deserved brand
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
-Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across search, display, social media, email, and content marketing channels.
-Optimize campaigns using analytics and performance data to maximize ROI and customer engagement.
-Identify and leverage digital trends to keep the brand competitive in the online space. - Addressable Market Targeting
-Conduct market segmentation and profiling to identify high-value consumer segments.
-Develop tailored campaigns that effectively reach and convert target audiences.
-Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to refine strategies. - Social Media Management
-Plan, design (using Canva or equivalent), and manage engaging content for key social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
-Build community engagement through influencer partnerships, brand storytelling, and user-generated content.
-Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion) and optimize social campaigns for better performance. - Brand Management
-Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all digital and offline channels.
-Plan and execute brand-building initiatives, including product launches, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
-Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand's tone, visual guidelines, and positioning. - Online Sales Management
-Drive and manage online sales via eccomerce
-Implement conversion strategies to grow online revenue and customer lifetime value.
-Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
-Monitor sales performance and adjust campaigns to maximize results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2-4 years of prior experience in consumer goods marketing and digital marketing (FMCG preferred).
- Strong understanding of addressable marketing strategies and data-driven campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM platforms, CRM).
- Proficient in Canva (or other design tools) for creating marketing visuals, social posts, and campaign assets.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
- Strong analytical skills, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
