Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Plan and manage digital, social media, online, and offline marketing initiatives.
  • Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for marketing-related activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Support product or services launches, events, and promotional activities.
  • Plan, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms
  • Implement, manage, and troubleshoot tracking systems to ensure accurate data collection across websites and campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and developers to optimise tracking setup, resolve technical issues, and improve website performance.
  • Create monthly reports on paid ads campaign performances.

Requirement:

  • Proficiency in English and Japanese languages, both written and spoken, to liaise with stakeholders from Singapore and Japan.
  • Minimum a bachelor's degree in marketing or business
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably from the finance or payment industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and campaign analytics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate strategy into effective campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools GA4, GTM, GA, XAds, Hootsuite, bitly
  • Adobe PS, AI, and HTML skills are an added advantage
