Job Scope:
- Participate in aerospace trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events to represent the company and identify potential leads.
- Manage and grow relationships with aerospace customers by serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional service and support.
- Support the Group's marketing and business development activities to strengthen market positioning within the aerospace sector.
- Handle customer quotations, proposals, and program management tasks, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and timely delivery.
- Understand customer needs, applications, and project requirements to provide tailored solutions and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and project milestones provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams-finance, engineering, quality, and operations-to coordinate customer projects and deliverables effectively
- Conduct market research to stay informed of aerospace industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing marketing and sales materials such as presentations, case studies, and datasheets to support business development
- Support digital and traditional marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand presence to build sales funnel.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Aerospace) or Manufacturing/ any relevant field
- Min. 2-3 years relevant experience in marketing
