About the Job
Bakuun is building the technology that moves global travel forward: a connected platform spanning hospitality distribution, marketplace operations, payment infrastructure, and property management that helps operators worldwide work smarter, scale faster and serve guests better. We are at an early and consequential stage of that journey.
At Bakuun, Marketing is a direct contributor to how the business grows, not a support function. As Senior Marketing Executive, you will own high-impact campaigns and the systems that make them perform, working in close partnership with the product team on a platform connecting buyers and operators across travel distribution markets. The role combines hands-on execution with operational ownership: you will use data, automation, and commercial judgment to improve campaign performance, strengthen marketing infrastructure and build approaches that compound over time.
Responsibilities
- Own the inbound lead-generation agenda, developing integrated campaigns across content, paid, organic, and lifecycle channels that create a reliable flow of qualified prospects for Bakuun's priority products and markets.
- Build and run automated acquisition and lead-management workflows using Apollo, HubSpot, and equivalent tools, spanning data enrichment, segmentation, lead capture, scoring, routing and nurture.
- Use lead-quality, conversion, and product-engagement data to continuously improve targeting, messaging, landing journeys, channel mix, and campaign spend prioritizing activity that creates meaningful demand.
- Partner closely with the product team to translate product priorities and launches into coherent go-to-market campaigns that communicate value clearly, generate market interest and support adoption.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of prioritymarketing programmes, maintaining strong campaign planning, execution, tracking, and distribution standards while improving speed and operationalconsistency.
- Manage marketing budgets and provide leadership with clear reporting on lead generation, campaign performance, product adoption and the actions required to improve results.
