About the Role
Vertical Institute is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to own our B2B marketing efforts. This role is responsible for driving corporate training pipeline through smart demand generation strategy, compelling B2B content, and targeted partnership activations.
You will work closely with the Digital & Growth Marketing Manager and collaborate with our performance marketing team - briefing and aligning on paid campaign execution while owning the B2B strategy and content that powers it.
What You Will Do
B2B Demand Generation
Develop B2B demand generation strategy across organic, paid, and partnership channels that drive revenue.
Propose ways to optimise for lead quality and pipeline outcomes
Align with sales stakeholders to ensure marketing activity supports pipeline and appointment targets
Create and manage all B2B marketing assets needed to attract, educate, and convert corporate decision-makers - including case studies, lead magnets, pitch assets, EDMs, and LinkedIn content
B2B Events, Workshops & Partnerships
Plan and lead B2B workshops and webinars as lead generation activations, with support from junior team members on execution
Manage relationships with external partners to support co-marketing and campaign delivery
Identify and develop partnership opportunities that extend VI's B2B reach and revenue.
What We Are Looking For
3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing
Has developed and executed B2B campaigns with demonstrable impact on lead pipeline
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong written communication skills in English with an eye for detail and brand consistency
Knowledge on content direction to produce assets that resonate with corporate decision-makers
Experience with B2B events, workshops, or webinar-based lead generation is an advantage
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of deliverables
A collaborative team player who can work across multiple stakeholders
