Job Overview
InstaChef is looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Executive to support our Singapore market launch across brand communications, media relations, events, and partnerships.
You will help build InstaChef's local visibility by coordinating media outreach, working with creators and vendors, executing offline activations, supporting B2B partnership campaigns, and tracking local market trends.
This role is ideal for someone with 3-4 years of experience in brand marketing, events, trade marketing, partnerships, F&B, retail, or startup environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage local media relation, media, KOL, and creator coordination.
Draft press releases, media pitches, campaign copy, and local brand content.
Execute roadshows, pop-ups, product demos, launch events, and live-stream activations.
Coordinate vendors, contractors, design agencies, and event partners.
Support co-branding campaigns, loyalty partnerships, and B2B marketing initiatives.
Track competitor activity, campaign results, customer feedback, and local retail trends.
Prepare monthly market and campaign performance reports.
Requirements:
3-4 years of hands-on marketing experience.
Experience in brand marketing, events, partnerships, F&B, retail, startup, or consumer business.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Familiarity with Singapore's consumer, retail, and business landscape.
Comfortable with fast-paced execution and on-site coordination.
Strong English writing ability Mandarin is a plus to liaise with our China counterparts
