Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Creative Designer to shape the visual identity and marketing presence of our mobile game products. You will design a wide range of marketing creatives — from social media assets and key visuals (KV) to app store images, advertising materials, offline activation installations, experiential setups, and out-of-home (OOH) campaigns — directly influencing how players engage with our games.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong design foundation and a passion for visual storytelling, capable of translating brand identity across digital, print, and physical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality visual assets including social media creatives, key visuals (KV), app store images, feature graphics, and advertising materials.
- Design for offline marketing initiatives, including activation installations, experiential event setups, booth environments, scenic builds, merchandise graphics, and OOH advertisements.
- Develop large-format print designs and ensure brand consistency across environmental and spatial touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and external vendors to translate creative concepts into production-ready deliverables.
- Propose and execute creative concepts informed by market research, product positioning, and campaign performance data.
- Support campaign launches by delivering timely, high-impact materials aligned with product and marketing goals.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in art and design, supported by relevant education and/or professional experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and related tools).
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour systems, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to design across digital, print, and environmental formats.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage timelines while maintaining high design quality and consistency.
- Experience with generative AI tools ( e.g., Leonardo AI, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Artlist, Adobe Firefly or similar AI tools ).
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of 3D scene setup, including camera composition, lighting adjustments, and rendering angles.
- Familiarity with motion graphics workflow.
- Experience designing for large-scale activations or immersive brand environments.
- Passion for mobile games and familiarity with leading titles across multiple genres
