JOB SUMMARY:
Live Nation is launching a new, purpose-built 3,000-capacity live music and culture venue in Singapore. Designed to host international touring acts, local artists, comedy, community, corporate and private events, the venue will also feature premium hospitality spaces, concessions, merchandise kiosks, and externally facing café and bar operations.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Senior Marketing & Content Manager will lead the venue's marketing, brand, audience growth and promotional activity across concerts, live entertainment, community programming, MICE, hospitality and commercial initiatives.
The role is responsible for delivering integrated marketing campaigns across advertising, digital, social media, content, partnerships, and public relations to drive audience engagement, venue awareness, ticket sales and commercial growth. It will also shape the venue's brand identity and cultural presence through compelling campaigns, content and fan experiences.
Working closely with Event Planning, Venue Operations, Commercial, promoters, agencies and partners, the role will deliver impactful campaigns, consistent brand storytelling and best-in-class audience engagement across all marketing channels.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Strategy & Audience Development
- Lead the execution of the venue's marketing strategy and annual marketing plans across concerts, venue programming, hospitality and commercial initiatives.
- Maintain the venue's brand identity, positioning and tone of voice across all customer touchpoints.
- Grow audience engagement, customer retention and community participation through data-informed marketing and audience development initiatives.
- Monitor audience behaviour, market trends and cultural insights to identify opportunities and optimise campaign performance.
Content, Social and Campaign Management
- Deliver forward thinking, always-on digital-first content that delivers fan and brand growth – Building the venue into one of Singapore's leading music & culture destinations
- Creation and delivery of marketing and promotional creative assets including graphics, motion content, short form video content, fan interviews, digital advertisements, artist announcements, venue branding, and campaign visuals.
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned, paid and partner channels to support concerts, venue programming and commercial activity.
- Manage paid media campaigns across relevant digital platforms, optimising performance against audience growth, engagement, ticket sales and ROI.
- Coordinate campaign delivery with promoters, touring parties, sponsors and venue stakeholders to maximise reach and impact.
- Collaborate with local designers, photographers, videographers, content creators, agencies, and production teams on campaign execution and creative output.
Partnerships, PR & Promotions
- Develop and manage sponsorship activations, promotional partnerships and brand collaborations in partnership with the venues commercial team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters, artists, media, agencies, creators and community partners.
- Manage venue public relations, media engagement and external PR agencies to maximise awareness and positive brand perception.
- Support reputation management and crisis communications where required.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead external agencies and future marketing resources, establishing effective workflows, creative standard and campaign processes.
- Partner closely with Event Planning, Venue Operations, Commercial, Production and venue leadership to deliver successful marketing campaigns and audience experiences.
- Foster a collaborative, creative and performance-driven culture across internal and external teams.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance, audience insights and marketing effectiveness, providing regular reporting and recommendations.
- Use data-driven insights to optimise campaigns, improve customer acquisition and retention, and maximise marketing ROI.
- Track marketing KPIs including audience growth, engagement, ticket sales, sponsorship performance and commercial outcomes.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, preferably within live entertainment, music, hospitality, lifestyle, events or cultural industries.
- Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns, audience growth initiatives and brand development.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, paid media, audience analytics and campaign optimisation.
- Hands-on experience creating digital-first content, with an always-on mindset and a passion for engaging entertainment audiences.
- Experience in creative production, including short-form video and content development. Experience filming and editing mobile content is highly regarded.
- Experience delivering sponsorship activations, brand partnerships and promotional campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's music, entertainment, nightlife and youth culture landscape. Existing relationships across the live entertainment, media, creative or lifestyle sectors will be an advantage.
- Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CRM platforms, email marketing platforms and ticketing systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and commercially minded approach.
- A genuine passion for live music, entertainment and culture, with an understanding of how social-first content builds audience engagement and brand relevance.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays in line with venue operations.
