BVLGARI is looking for an energetic and highly driven Senior Marketing & Communications Manager to join our dynamic team here in Singapore.

  • Provide, guide, coordinate global marketing and communication strategies in line with the brand vision, mission and goals for Singapore and Malaysia
  • Ensure coherent and consistent brand image & positioning as well as harmonized and integrated commercial and marketing plans and initiatives


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define the brand strategy and positioning from image to visibility, communication traditional and digital activities and channels for Singapore and Malaysia market.
  • Guide the development of coherent and consistent one Bulgari Brand Image.
  • Ensure the development and the implementation of the corporate communication activities and group external relations activities, including events (Brand, heritage, regional event & In-store events in Singapore and Malaysia)
  • Supervise the development and the implementation of the sales marketing activities for all products categories and all channels.
  • Guide the development and the realization of the advertising campaigns of the Brand locally.
  • Guide the development of the digital and social media communication in line with marketing and customer communication goals.
  • Develop clear Influencer Strategy to boost Bulgari's buzz on main social platforms for Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Guide the development of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) culture in the company to develop loyalty and maintain huge return on investment (ROI).
  • Work with CRM team on VIP and Celebrities support.
  • Manage & maintain good relationships with local press & maximize editorial buzz.
  • Lead the development of marketing and communication digital contents and tools, ensuring consistency and integration between digital and offline plans, as well as integration with sales and IT teams.
  • Responsible for Singapore and Malaysia A&P budget.


PROFILE

  • Min Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of the luxury business sector
  • Knowledge of CRM and digital tools and techniques
  • Passion for building client relationships and networking
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven with strong organizational skills
