Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced, creative, and proactive Senior Marketing, Branding & Corporate Communications Consultant to strengthen and elevate our corporate brand presence. The ideal candidate will be an independent professional with a strong background in branding, corporate communications, content creation, and visual design, capable of aligning all marketing initiatives with the company's vision, values, and strategic objectives.
The consultant will be expected to anticipate business needs, proactively propose innovative ideas, and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute branding, marketing, and corporate communication strategies.
- Ensure alignment of all marketing and communication activities with the company's vision, mission, and brand identity.
- Manage and enhance the company's brand presence across digital and traditional channels.
- Create, manage, and publish professional LinkedIn content, including corporate announcements, thought leadership articles, campaign posts, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Design and produce creative artworks for corporate events, holidays, achievements, campaigns, and internal communications while strictly following brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain brand standards to ensure consistency across all communications and visual materials.
- Prepare and review press releases, media statements, corporate presentations, newsletters, and executive communications.
- Manage website content and collaborate on website improvements to ensure consistency with corporate branding.
- Create and edit marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design tools.
- Support public relations and media engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with management to identify communication opportunities and strengthen corporate reputation.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative marketing and branding initiatives.
- Anticipate communication and branding requirements before they arise and proactively propose solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Branding, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior marketing, branding, corporate communications, or related consultancy roles.
- Strong knowledge of journalism, media communications, storytelling, and corporate messaging.
- Proven experience managing corporate LinkedIn pages and professional social media communications.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other creative design tools.
- Experience managing and coordinating website content and digital brand presence.
- Demonstrated expertise in preparing press releases, executive communications, and corporate announcements.
- Exceptional English writing, editing, proofreading, and grammar skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding projects, campaigns, publications, and creative work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience within shipping, maritime, logistics, transportation, or international trade industries is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with multinational organizations and diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, and corporate reputation management.
