The Marketing Associate for Global High-Tech industries in Ecolab SEA will be focused on Data Centre and Microelectronics Segments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for design and execute marketing initiatives which are not limited to market study and sizing, organizing customer seminars and exhibition, support in sales operations, preparing marketing and branding collaterals, and supporting in innovation and digital program.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: collaborating with senior marketing manager, sales teams, technical consultants to develop vision for the business segment (Data Centre and Micro-Electronics) for Southeast Asia.
- Voice of customer: speaking directly to customer to gather insights on products attribute, price positioning, commercial opportunity and generate leads for future.
- Market Research: Participates in conducting research that focuses on market trend, competitor solutions, future proof innovation and generate insights for Ecolab future strategies
- Business Performance Intelligence: evaluable segment performance including revenue split, innovation contribution and overall gross margin output. Working across Finance, Sales and Field service team on product/ service package for the best commercial performance of Ecolab
- Innovation Development: Prepares and coordinates innovation product launches in Southeast Asia. Key actions include leading trials with customers, generate and present value proposition, design commercial model and working alongside sales team to ensure profitability of product lines. Provide technical and commercial training to sales and service team.
- Account based marketing activities planning generate growth plans for top accounts/ customers in Data Centre and Microelectronics segments, involve in yearly sales and budget planning. Support on performance and gap analysis for specific accounts within segments.
- Exhibition and collateral Support: Support creative planning and facilitate marketing event/tradeshows and customer seminars including advertising, collaterals design, social media, agenda preparation and booth display.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering/ Engineering/ Chemistry/ environmental engineering.
- Experience in Water Treatment industry is a plus
- Experience in Data Centre or Micro Electronics industry is a plus
- Works with autonomy and comfortable with ambiguity
- Preferred self-starter, energetic, responsible, team player
