Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end market research projects for international clients across various industries.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research, competitor analysis, industry trend analysis, and business intelligence studies.
- Develop research proposals, project timelines, methodologies, and client presentations/reports.
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, budgets, and operational processes to ensure successful and timely completion of projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for new business development and partnerships.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing critical market insights and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and relevant industry regulations.
- Mentor and coordinate with junior researchers and project members where required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Market Research, Consulting, Project Management in market research department or agencies.
- Strong project management, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities with attention to detail.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency is preferred but not mandatory to support communication and coordination with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a proactive and client-oriented mindset.
