Senior Manufacturing Engineer (CNC Programming) #JTL

. Perform process planning and fixture & gauge designs
. Handle quotations and program management
. Apply Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing methodologies for continuous process improvements
. Planning and scheduling of ERP system

. Control of machining cycle time within target including all in-machine activities such as probing, machining, appropriate cutter checks etc.

. Control overall costs for machining taking into consideration cycle time and cost of cutters.

Requirements

- Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering

- Preferably with 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing engineering

- Experience in Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing methodologies

- Experience in CNC programming
