- You will develop and implement a comprehensive six-pillar Quality Assurance and Governance Framework that consolidates existing departmental standards into a unified system for consistent oversight and continuous improvement.
- You will conduct independent compliance assessments and validation across all departments, challenging teams to provide evidence-based compliance rather than assumptions whilst maintaining collaborative relationships
- You will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, including department heads, clinical teams, and senior leadership whilst maintaining the objectivity required for credible oversight.
- You will establish performance monitoring systems with real-time dashboards, validate data integrity, and provide independent assurance reports to senior leadership on compliance status and risk areas.
- You will support governance functions including QA Committee meetings, strategic planning sessions, and drive closure of compliance gaps through corrective action plans and follow-up validation.
