Job Description
Corporate Partnerships & Industry Engagement
- Support development and management of corporate partnerships and employer engagement initiatives
- Identify workforce opportunities and support partnership discussions and deal progression
- Maintain strong relationships across industry partners, trade bodies, and public sector stakeholders
- Monitor market trends to support partnership and programme strategy
Programme & Project Delivery
- Support conceptualisation and implementation of workforce and training initiatives
- Coordinate programme logistics, stakeholder alignment, and execution timelines
- Work closely with internal academic and functional teams to deliver training solutions
- Support funding-related processes and programme compliance requirements
Outreach & Lead Management
- Support outreach campaigns and follow up with prospective trainees and programme leads
- Provide programme advisory and course information to prospective participants
- Track engagement metrics and support conversion tracking
Data, Reporting & Operations
- Maintain programme data, trainee records, and placement tracking information
- Support employment outcome reporting and survey coordination
- Provide secretariat and operational support across programme activities
- Support scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and documentation
The Successful Applicant
- Degree qualification from a recognised institution
- Approximately 8-10 years of relevant experience in areas such as partnerships, programme management, workforce initiatives, career advisory, or stakeholder engagement
- Experience working with corporates, government bodies, trade associations, or education ecosystems is highly advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong project coordination and organisational capability
- Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong customer-centric and solutions-driven approach
