Transaction Services Associate Director (English speaker) – Singapore

A leading international professional services firm is seeking an experienced Transaction Services Associate Director to join its growing team in Singapore. Due to continued expansion and strong deal activity across the region, this is an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile clients in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

You will play a key role in delivering financial due diligence engagements for private equity clients across a broad range of industries and transaction types. The role offers excellent exposure to cross-border deals, leadership opportunities, and a clear path for career progression within a highly respected global platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Support private equity and corporate clients throughout the deal lifecycle
• Analyse financial performance, cash flow, working capital, and key deal drivers
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Mentor and develop junior team members

Requirements

• Strong Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services experience
• Background within a Big 4 or leading advisory environment preferred
• Exposure to private equity clients and transactions
• Proven experience across buy-side and/or sell-side engagements
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and project leadership abilities
