Our client is a leading player in its field and is currently seeking a Senior HR Manager to join their dynamic HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a hybrid role to lead the company's compensation and benefits agenda while partnering closely with business leaders to support organizational goals.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the design, review and execution of compensation and incentive frameworks aligned with business strategy.
- Oversee annual salary and bonus reviews, market benchmarking and remuneration governance.
- Manage global benefits programmes, including vendor management and policy updates.
- Provide data-driven insights through compensation analytics, reporting and trend analysis.
- Drive end-to-end annual compensation cycles, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Act as an HR Business Partner to designated business units, advising on employee and organisational matters.
- Contribute to cross-functional and strategic HR projects as required.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with strong depth in compensation and benefits
- Exposure to regional or global HR environments is preferred
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
- Demonstrates integrity, accountability, collaboration and a results-driven mindset
