Job Description

  • Develop and implement rewards policies and programmes aligned with the Company's rewards philosophy and strategic objectives to enable a high performance culture

  • Support the Remuneration Committees of listed entities on executive compensation matters

  • Lead the annual remuneration review cycle, ensuring internal equity and external market competitiveness through robust benchmarking and analytical insights

  • Oversee incentive programmes including short- and long- term incentive and share based plans to align reward outcomes with long term value creation

  • Manage employee benefits programmes including insurance, leave and flexible benefits schemes

  • Oversee the performance management framework to strengthen organisational capability and individual performance

  • Develop and review international mobility policies that support the Company's global growth and workforce mobility needs

    Requirements:
  • Strong communication, analytical and influencing skills

  • Strategic mindset with strong attention to details

  • Solid experience in executive compensation matters

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant rewards experience

  • Degree holder in any discipline HR- related qualifications preferred.
