Support the Remuneration Committees of listed entities on executive compensation matters
Lead the annual remuneration review cycle, ensuring internal equity and external market competitiveness through robust benchmarking and analytical insights
Oversee incentive programmes including short- and long- term incentive and share based plans to align reward outcomes with long term value creation
Manage employee benefits programmes including insurance, leave and flexible benefits schemes
Oversee the performance management framework to strengthen organisational capability and individual performance
Strong communication, analytical and influencing skills
Strategic mindset with strong attention to details
Solid experience in executive compensation matters
Minimum 15 years of relevant rewards experience
Degree holder in any discipline HR- related qualifications preferred.
