Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Development & Learning Strategy

  • Lead the design and execution of company-wide skill development and upskilling frameworks.
  • Drive and conduct leadership and management training programs aligned with business strategy and future capabilities.
  • Oversee career planning and personal development initiatives to support individual growth and internal mobility.
  • Manage the Young Talent Development and Management Trainee Programme to build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Oversee and refine onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Conduct strategic learning needs analysis and develop individual development plans for succession readiness.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects company values and supports employee well-being.
  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies, including 360-degree feedback, surveys, and action planning.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address organizational development needs.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the employee lifecycle experience.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on learning and development and employee engagement.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional programs and teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in talent frameworks, leadership development, and organizational cultural transformation.
  • Strong proficiency in English and Chinese is required, as the role involves regular communication with stakeholders, regional teams, and headquarters where both languages are used. The ability to communicate effectively across cultures is important for delivering training, facilitating discussions, and aligning talent initiatives across global operations.
