About Our Client
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Design Network to lead the strategy and optimisation of endtoend supply chains for all fresh categories including Produce, Meat and Poultry, Seafood, Frozen and Dairy.
Job Description
- Design fitforpurpose supply chain models for each fresh category to support availability, turnover and wastereduction goals.
- Build an integrated planning framework connecting forecasting, S&OP and replenishment processes.
- Lead demand forecasting and order planning to balance instock performance with efficient inventory turns.
- Optimise inventory through analysis of slowmoving SKUs, dynamic safety stock setting and seasonal adjustments.
- Implement targeted wastereduction strategies for highrisk categories such as produce, seafood and dairy.
- Standardise and automate ordering, replenishment and upstream planning workflows.
- Strengthen suppliercapacity alignment and collaboration to support demand variability.
- Lead, coach and develop planning teams across Produce, Meat & Seafood, Dairy and Frozen categories.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain or demand/supply planning functions.
- Proven ability to lead large, multicategory teams across diverse sales channels.
- Strong expertise in freshcategory inventory optimisation and wastereduction strategies.
- Solid background in building S&OP, forecasting and replenishment frameworks.
- Strong stakeholdermanagement skills with the ability to align crossfunctional teams.
- Proficiency in supply chain planning systems and data analytics tools.
- Strong category knowledge, including shelflife management, seasonal planning and productspecific handling.
- Agile, resilient and capable of operating effectively in fastmoving environments.
