Your Impact
You will play a key role in originating and shaping new business opportunities, working closely with consulting, client engagement, and leadership teams to design and deliver compelling value propositions.
Key responsibilities include:
Growth & Opportunity Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with both prospective and existing clients
- Contribute across the full deal lifecycle—from problem shaping to solution design and proposal development
- Build robust business cases, articulating tangible client value, ROI, and transformation outcomes
- Drive cross- and up-selling opportunities across a broad service portfolio
- Support regional growth objectives and pipeline development
Client Engagement
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Act as a key advisor during pre-sales and solution development phases
- Partner closely with delivery and account teams to ensure continuity from sale to execution
- Lead client discussions, presentations, and commercial engagements with credibility and impact
Commercial Excellence
- Develop high-quality proposals, pitches, and client presentations
- Support commercial structuring, pricing, and negotiations in collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and confidentiality requirements
Market Insight & Collaboration
- Monitor market trends and client challenges to proactively identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate across geographies and functions to leverage global expertise
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy, client targeting, and pipeline transparency
- Share insights and best practices to continuously strengthen commercial effectiveness
Your Profile
We are looking for a commercially minded professional with a consulting mindset and strong client orientation:
- 6+ years of experience in consulting (Big 4 / strategy firms), professional services, or B2B commercial roles
- Proven track record in business development, client engagement, or revenue growth initiatives
- Strong exposure to procurement, supply chain, or transformation topics is highly advantageous
- Experience working in international, matrixed environments
