Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Strategic Projects will serve as a key driver of high-impact initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and execution across the organization. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role will lead cross-functional projects, support CEO-level priorities, and enhance operational efficiency through data-driven insights, AI-powered solutions, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Lead strategic planning sessions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Support CEO in OKR planning, providing strategic input and execution oversight.
- Develop narratives, initiatives, and action plans to advance key priorities.
- CEO Initiatives & Strategic Projects
- Conduct preliminary feasibility studies, market research, and pitch development for new ventures.
- Project-manage high-priority initiatives from ideation to transition, ensuring CEO oversight.
- Track and manage follow-ups for key initiatives.
- Executive Alignment & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a feedback loop to the CEO, synthesizing insights and ensuring priorities are understood company-wide.
- Support CEO-level outreach with external partners, customers, and regulators.
- Coordinate leadership meetings and offsites, and executive communications.
- Operational Excellence
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Develop KPIs, project roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies for strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5-8 years in strategy, consulting, project management, or corporate development (fintech/tech/startup experience preferred).
- Proven experience in AI-driven projects (e.g., process automation, AI product exploration).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical skills (business modeling, data analysis) and executive-level presentation expertise.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, with experience influencing senior leaders.
