Senior/ Manager, Service and Operations

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee workgroups driving service transformation and polyclinic development projects.
• Develop and implement strategic/tactical plans to empower patients in self-help and self-care.
• Facilitate cross-department stakeholder collaboration, ensuring smooth change management across people, processes, and systems.
• Establish workplans and KPIs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee progress of new/redeveloped polyclinics, tracking milestones in design, manpower, IT, FFE, setup and commissioning.

Requirements

• At least 8 years managerial experience, preferably in healthcare or operations.
• Strong background in service delivery, operations management, process optimisation, project management, and/or healthcare technology.
• Proven leadership, strategic planning, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Prior experience in healthcare transformation initiatives will be an advantage.
