- Plan, budget and harmonize global security system within the Group to ensure security system are updated and relevant to the Group current and future requirements
- Lead the global security control and regulatory processes to ensure a robust reporting and regulated structure
- Work within the BCM secretariat to select, plan and conduct exercise based on operational risk impact
- Provide operational leadership to BCM secretariat to support ERT and CMT during emergencies and crisis
- Provide second line oversight to BCPs to counter major disruption and ensure their relevancies
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by GM Security
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in any field, professional certificate in Security such as CPP (ASIS) etc or professional certificate in Business Continuity Management such as BCCE etc
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience in a managerial capacity in security or business continuity with focus on physical security systems and technology, emergency and crisis management, BCP, security controls and attestation
- Experience in implementation of modular physical security system and PSIM
- Experience in planning and running BCP exercises and drills
- Experience in Crisis Management, planning and running wall rooms and BCM escalations
- Experience in building global security controls for an end-to-end 2nd line supervision and reporting
- Experience in commanding security incidents and crime scenes
- Strong leader with good leadership and influencing skills
- Clear and logical mind with strong analytic, interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess other security professional traits including ability to maintain confidentiality, high level of integrity, remains decisive even under intense and stressful situations
