YOUR TASKS

As the Senior Manager, Sales Program for Asia Pacific excluding China (APeC), you will be responsible for designing, leading, and executing regionwide strategic sales programs that drive sustainable revenue growth and enhance DHL's market position across the region. You will provide strategic direction, governance, and alignment to ensure strong country adoption and measurable commercial outcomes.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of the APeC Strategic Sales Program roadmap, aligned with Global and Regional goals.
  • Define clear strategic priorities, success metrics, and governance frameworks for program delivery.
  • Translate global/regional sales strategies into actionable countrylevel plans and toolkits relevant to diverse market conditions.
  • Partner with Country Managers, Commercial Heads, and XBU leaders to secure alignment and drive adoption of key initiatives.
  • Act as the main liaison between global program owners and APeC countries to ensure consistent communication and alignment.
  • Facilitate bestpractice sharing and capability building across markets.
  • Ensure successful rollout of regional sales programs, driving on-time delivery and quality standards.
  • Oversee performance monitoring, providing insights, progress updates, and recommendations to leadership teams.
  • Identify underperforming markets or channels and develop targeted recovery plans.
  • Monitor emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to shape future program design.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional program team, with direct reports under your leadership.


YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for an experienced and driven commercial leader with strong strategic and program management capabilities.

You should have:

  • Bachelor's degree required Master's degree in a businessrelated field preferred.
  • Prior experience in DHL Express is highly preferred.
  • Strong commercial leadership experience at global, regional, or country level.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering large-scale sales programs with tangible results.
  • Experience working across multiple APeC markets and cultures.
  • Strong program/project management skills, with ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong influencing ability with executive presence.
  • High level of selfdrive, initiative, and business acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines regional travel may be required.
