Cultivate is partnering with a global technology company building the infrastructure behind how modern software is developed, secured, and delivered.

Their platform is used by thousands of companies globally, including some of the most sophisticated engineering teams, to manage and secure the software supply chain across DevOps and AI/ML environments.

As they continue to scale across APAC, we are looking for a Senior SDR Manager to lead and build a high-performing sales development team focused on generating pipeline and driving revenue growth.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will own the performance, development, and scaling of the SDR function.

You will be responsible for building a team that consistently delivers against SQL, pipeline, and ARR targets, while implementing the structure, processes, and coaching needed to operate at a high level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a team of SDRs to consistently exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Hiring, onboarding, and coaching reps across outbound prospecting, objection handling, and deal qualification.
  • Building and optimising outbound strategy, account targeting, and prospecting processes.
  • Driving operational excellence through data, reporting, and performance management.
  • Partnering closely with Sales and Marketing on segmentation, outreach strategy, and pipeline conversion.
  • Creating a high-performance, accountable, and motivated team culture.

Key skills and experience required:

This role is suited to a proven SDR leader who has experience scaling teams within product-led, deep-tech environments.

You should bring:

  • Experience managing a diverse team across APAC.
  • 7+ years in B2B tech sales, with strong quota-carrying experience.
  • 3+ years leading outbound SDR teams (5+ reps), including hiring and scaling.
  • Experience in deep-tech / DevOps / cybersecurity / developer tooling environments (highly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of modern SDR tooling (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • A track record of building high-performance, metrics-driven teams.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in scaled, global organisations.
