Job Description

Salary: Up to $9,000 Basic + Attractive Benefits
Location: West Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Our client is a well-established organization with a large-scale facilities portfolio, seeking an experienced Facilities Management leader to drive operational excellence, strategic planning, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the Facilities Management Centre, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement facilities management strategies to improve operational efficiency, asset reliability, and service delivery.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams, including facilities professionals, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Oversee maintenance programmes, compliance requirements, risk management, and emergency preparedness plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven decision making and industry best practices.
  • Manage vendor performance, contract negotiations, and service level agreements.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost optimization.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and talent development to build a high-performing facilities management team.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building, Estate Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), or Real Estate experience.
  • At least 5-8 years of leadership experience managing large and complex facilities operations.
  • Proven experience managing multi-site facilities portfolios and end-to-end IFM services.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance strategies, compliance requirements, and operational risk management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience driving organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Relevant certifications such as CFME, WSH, FSM, PMP, or equivalent will be advantageous.
