Our client is a well-established organization with a large-scale facilities portfolio, seeking an experienced Facilities Management leader to drive operational excellence, strategic planning, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Facilities Management Centre, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement facilities management strategies to improve operational efficiency, asset reliability, and service delivery.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, including facilities professionals, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Oversee maintenance programmes, compliance requirements, risk management, and emergency preparedness plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven decision making and industry best practices.
- Manage vendor performance, contract negotiations, and service level agreements.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost optimization.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and talent development to build a high-performing facilities management team.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building, Estate Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10-15 years of Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), or Real Estate experience.
- At least 5-8 years of leadership experience managing large and complex facilities operations.
- Proven experience managing multi-site facilities portfolios and end-to-end IFM services.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance strategies, compliance requirements, and operational risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and leadership skills.
- Experience driving organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Relevant certifications such as CFME, WSH, FSM, PMP, or equivalent will be advantageous.
