Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute the long-term FMC roadmap; introduce data-driven practices, smart building technologies, and industry best practices to boost asset reliability and service standards.
- Oversee end-to-end IFM execution across multi-site accounts, ensuring seamless alignment between internal business units, technical teams, and external contractors.
- Formulate operational/capital budgets, ensure resource optimization, and lead high-stakes contract negotiations to maximize service value.
- Maintain rigorous oversight of maintenance schedules, emergency readiness, statutory compliance, and environmental standards across all sites.
- Champion team development, performance management, and technical upskilling while fostering a high-performance, safety-first culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Building, Estate Management, or Engineering.
- Preferred CFME Tier 2, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), and Fire Safety Manager (FSM).
- Minimum 10 years in Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), or Real Estate.
- 5–8 years in senior leadership managing large, multi-site portfolios (engineering- or technology-driven environments preferred).
- Proven end-to-end IFM delivery with deep expertise in building systems, facility operations, maintenance strategies, and statutory compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional project management skills with a track record of successfully executing complex infrastructure initiatives.
- Strong executive stakeholder engagement, analytical problem-solving, and proven change management capabilities.
