Senior Manager, Product (Mobile, M2M and 5G)

We're hiring a hands-on, strategic leader to drive StarHub's enterprise mobile product portfolio - from core mobile tariffs and value-added services (VAS) to emerging 5G and M2M solutions. As Product Manager, you'll lead a team to deliver differentiated, simplified, and high-impact mobile offerings for Singapore's business customers.

This role is critical to our enterprise transformation. You'll shape the roadmap, influence commercial performance, and lead with data - balancing product innovation with strong mobile lifecycle execution. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, GTM, Consumer Product, IS, Finance, and external partners to grow market share, maintain ARPU, and shift from pay-per-use models to high-value subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities
. Lead the full product lifecycle for mobile tariffs, VAS, device lifecycle services, and 5G/M2M enterprise offerings.
. Shape the vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for StarHub's enterprise mobile and connectivity products.
. Coach and develop a high-performing team of four Product Managers instill a bias for experimentation and delivery.
. Own the 5G/M2M product roadmap, evolving based on market opportunity and organizational readiness.
. Collaborate closely with IS, GTM, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to deliver product innovation and commercial outcomes.
. Manage partner contracts and alliances across OEMs, device vendors, leasing, and insurance.
. Use financial metrics, large data sets, and market analytics to drive decisions and simplify the product portfolio.

Requirements

. Degree in IT or related field with at least 10 years of product management experience, ideally in telco, tech, or enterprise software. At least 3 years in mobile products: tariffs, VAS, leasing, and/or enterprise mobile services

. Strong financial literacy and ability to extract insights from large, complex datasets

. Familiarity with the Singapore telco and enterprise mobility landscape

. Proven cross-functional leadership and ability to influence at all levels

. Comfortable with ambiguity thrives in experimentation and delivery environments

. Exposure to Agile delivery, vendor management, and strategic partnerships
