Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced PR & Media Relations Senior Manager to build and strengthen DCS's corporate brand, executive visibility, and industry influence globally. This role will focus on B2B brand positioning, executive thought leadership, media relations, and industry presence. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to establish DCS as a recognized leader in digital payments, stablecoin infrastructure, card issuing, and global financial services. The ideal candidate has strong experience in fintech, payments, banking, Web3, technology, or B2B enterprise sectors, with a proven track record of securing media coverage, developing executive profiles, and driving industry thought leadership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Thought Leadership & Personal Branding
- Develop and execute comprehensive executive branding strategies for the Group CEO and senior leadership team
- Craft clear and compelling messaging frameworks aligned with business priorities
- Position executives as subject matter experts across payments, stablecoins, card issuing, compliance, and digital finance
- Prepare high-quality materials including keynote speeches, media briefs, talking points, and interview content
- Manage and expand executive visibility across media, conferences, podcasts, and industry platforms
2. Corporate Brand Positioning
- Define and maintain clear and consistent external messaging for DCS
- Ensure alignment and consistency across all external communications and public-facing materials
3. Media Relations & Public Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media across: Financial, fintech, and payments sectors, Crypto and Web3 ecosystems Business and technology publications
- Drive proactive PR initiatives including Press releases and media briefings, Executive interviews and profiles, Feature stories and opinion/editorial pieces, Industry commentary etc.
4. Content & Industry Influence
- Lead the development of high-quality B2B content, including Thought leadership articles, Industry insights and whitepapers, Executive viewpoints and market commentary
- Own and execute LinkedIn and digital content strategy
- Manage editorial planning, content calendar, and publication schedules across all channels
5. Podcast, Conference & Speaking Strategy
- Identify and secure speaking opportunities for executives across Industry conferences and panels, Fireside chats and webinars, Podcasts and roundtables
- Increase DCS visibility among target audiences including clients, partners, regulators, and investors
6. Media & Channel Strategy
- Identify and prioritize key media platforms and channels followed by financial institutions, Fintech and payments companies, Enterprise clients and partners, Investors and regulators
- Build and scale a multi-channel content distribution strategy across LinkedIn, Industry publications, Podcasts and news media, Trade associations and professional communities
7. Corporate Communications
- Lead communications planning and execution for key corporate announcements, including Product launches, Strategic partnerships, Fundraising and investment announcements, Licensing and regulatory milestones, Market expansion initiatives
- Ensure all communications align with overall business strategy and brand positioning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related disciplines
- 6-10+ years of experience in PR, media relations, corporate communications, or thought leadership
- Experience in fintech, banking, payments, financial services, technology, or Web3 preferred
- Strong media network across Asia Pacific markets
- Exceptional English writing and storytelling capabilities
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing agencies and external partners is a plus
