Senior Manager, Performance Management & Planning

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet or exceed company's goals
• Collaborate with business development teams to achieve sales targets
• Ensure that business development activities align with the company's strategic goals
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance against set KPIs
• Prepare sales performance reports, including sales forecasting and effectiveness of sales plans, and identify areas for improvements
• Collaborate with casino marketing teams to align sales and marketing strategies
• Work with relevant teams to manage the pre and post sales processes for marketing events, campaigns, etc
• Ensure all activities and processes comply with relevant regulations and industry standards at all times

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business or related field with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum 5 years in similar capacity or relevant industry
• Candidates with Business Data Analytics and Project Management experience will be preferred
