As Senior Manager, Partnerships & Marketing for the Specialist Division, you will serve as a key commercial lead within Foundation Healthcare, responsible for driving growth across our specialist network through a combination of physician partnerships, service line development, and strategic marketing.
You will work closely with physicians and internal teams to grow existing specialist practices, develop new service lines and growth opportunities, while ensuring strong alignment with the group's overall strategy. At the same time, you will shape how Foundation Healthcare is positioned in the market -building a clear, differentiated brand through effective marketing and communications.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring a balance of commercial acumen, relationship management, and strategic storytelling. You will play a central role in translating clinical excellence into sustainable business growth, while strengthening our position as a leading integrated specialist platform in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
1. Service Line Development & Practice Growth
- Partner closely with physicians to grow and optimise existing specialist practices, identifying opportunities to increase patient volumes, expand offerings, and improve overall performance.
- Conceptualise, develop, and scale new service lines and clinicalprograms or centres of excellence across specialties.
- Identify growth opportunities across adjacent services (e.g. diagnostics, day surgery, ancillary services) to build more integrated care pathways.
- Identify and drive strategic initiatives that enhance revenue growth and network expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (operations, finance, clinical teams) to operationalise and scale initiatives effectively.
- Stay attuned to market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic expansion and positioning.
2. Physician Partnerships & Network Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and recruit high-calibre physicians across key specialties.
- Lead and oversee a team to facilitating onboarding and integration of new physicians, including clinic setup and alignment with group practices.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with physicians, serving as a key liaison between doctors and leadership.
- Drive engagement and retention initiatives through structured feedback and continuous improvement.
3. Marketing, Branding & Communications
- Lead and oversee a team in the development and execution of a cohesive brand strategy that strengthens Foundation Healthcare's market positioning.
- Shape messaging across all touchpoints to reflect our value proposition,
- Oversee marketing campaigns to support physician practices, new service lines, and group-level initiatives.
- Develop and manage internal and external communications, including physician communications, digital channels, and thought leadership.
- Ensure consistency in branding across clinics and platforms, while allowing for specialty-level differentiation.
Applicant Considerations
- 10 – 12 years of proven experience in healthcare administration or a related role. Applicant should possess a strong understanding of the private healthcare landscape in Singapore.
- Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining relationships with medical professionals.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to synthesize difficult concepts and summarize into succinct points.
- Strong leadership and talent development capabilities.
