[What the role is]
The Senior Manager (Partnerships & Programmes) plays a key role in advancing Central Singapore CDC's vision of building a Do-Good District and enabling better lives for our residents.[What you will be working on]
The role reports to the Deputy General Manager and leads the team
responsible for partnerships and programmes under the Sustainability andHealthy Living portfolio, with the aim of building healthier, more sustainableand connected communities across Central Singapore.
The primary responsibilities include:
1. Lead and Execute Programmes for Healthier & Sustainable Living
Lead the team to develop, curate and deliver programmes that encourageresidents to lead healthier lives and adopt more environmentally sustainablepractices. Grow and strengthen existing initiatives such as Pass-It-On,Central Singapore Market and Walking Trails @ CDC, while developing newprogrammes that respond to evolving community needs.
2. Build & Grow Partnerships
Develop and nurture strong partnerships with government agencies,
community organisations, social enterprises, businesses, corporates and
other stakeholders. Bring partners together to contribute resources, expertiseand ideas, and co-create initiatives that benefit residents and the widercommunity.
3. Build & Engage Communities
Grow communities around healthy and sustainable living by bringing
residents, volunteers, partners and interest groups together. Create
opportunities for people to participate, volunteer, connect and take action,while building community ownership and sustained involvement.
4. Special Projects & Taskforces
Lead or contribute to special projects, cross-functional initiatives and
taskforces that support Central Singapore CDC's strategic priorities and
emerging community needs.As a team lead, the incumbent will also be responsible for developing theteam, managing programme resources and budgets, and ensuring initiativesare delivered effectively and achieve meaningful community outcomes.
[What we are looking for]
Experience
. Relevant experience in leading programme management, partnership
development, community engagement, or curating community events,
markets and experiences.
. Experience in engaging and managing partnerships with government
agencies, community organisations, local businesses, corporates or
social enterprises.
. Minimum 2 years of people management or leadership experience,
or equivalent experience leading teams, projects or cross-functional
initiatives.
Others
. Strong interest in sustainability, healthy living and community
development.
. Energetic, resourceful and curious, with a willingness to explore
emerging trends and translate ideas into meaningful community
initiatives.
. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build partnerships and
engage diverse stakeholders.
