About the job
You will play a highly hands-on, strategic role in strengthening the firm's defense against supplier and outsourcing risks. You will be expected to draft, implement, and operationalize key risk frameworks. Your core responsibilities include:

• Designing and Executing the end-to-end Outsourcing Governance framework, ensuring MAS compliance.

• Leading and performing complex Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and due diligence assessments.

• Driving the strategic integration of Outsourcing Risk Management practices across the business.

• Acting as the subject matter expert, turning regulatory requirements into actionable, practical policies.

Skills and experience required

• At least 6-8 years of specialist experience in Outsourcing Governance, TPRM, and Vendor Management.
• Proven track record in Third Party Risk Management within the Insurance or Financial Services industry (Insurance experience is highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, particularly those relevant to the Singapore market (e.g., MAS guidelines).
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
