We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Manager to join Operations (Medicine), supporting selected Clinical Department(s) within the Division of Medicine in an acute tertiary hospital.

In this role, you will work closely with the Director, Operations, Clinical Heads of Department (HODs) and senior stakeholders to plan, develop and implement clinical services and care models across Medicine disciplines. You will translate clinical intent and service plans into welldesigned, practical and sustainable operational solutions, working in close collaboration with Service Operations and MEC Operations teams to ensure readiness and smooth integration into ongoing services.

You will also be responsible for supervising, coaching and developing the Ops Med team, building capability in clinical operations support, analytics and stakeholder management. The role involves regular engagement with clinicians, Service Operations, MEC Operations, corporate services and external stakeholders, offering meaningful exposure to service development and improvement work across multiple Medicine specialties.
