About the team

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Partner Operations and Regional Partnerships manager to own and deliver a best-in-class partner experience and manage across market regional partnerships.. This role will work closely with key internal teamsincluding Onboarding, Product, Compliance, Inside Sales and Customer Experienceto design and optimize processes, tools, and governance that enhance our partner relationships. You will be responsible for partner experience strategy, operational excellence, NPS performance, and insights generation, ensuring that partnerships remain a strong growth lever for Aspire.

Moreover this role will also oversee the regional partnerships segments such as Affiliates and other strategic partnerships.

As a part of the Partnerships & Sales leadership team, You will report to the VP of Partnerships & Sales and play a critical role in driving scalable, data-driven operations for the Partnerships across both existing and new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner Experience Leadership

Design and deliver a world-class partner experience, collaborating with Onboarding, Compliance, Customer Experience, and Product teams.

Own the Partner NPS metric, implementing initiatives to improve satisfaction and loyalty across all partner segments.

2. Partnerships Operations & Governance

Define and manage BAU governance frameworks for the partnerships function, including performance reviews, reporting cadence, and issue escalation.

Standardize processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across all markets and partner types.

3. Tools & Technology Management

Own and optimize partnership management tools (e.g., HubSpot, PartnerStack) to drive operational efficiency and engagement.

Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline partner lifecycle management.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

Act as the key liaison between Partnerships and internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of joint initiatives.

Support VP of Partnerships in managing strategic projects, quarterly planning, and leadership reviews.

5. Regional Partnerships and New Markets Expansion

Manage a small team of partnership managers to oversee Affiliates and other strategic partnerships

Own the Partnership lead expansion playbook to support Aspire's expansion into new markets.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Partnerships Operations, Strategic Partnerships, Partner Programs, or related roles in FinTech, SaaS, or high-growth environments.
  • Strong track record in building and scaling partner experience programs, including NPS or similar CX metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and partner management tools (HubSpot, PartnerStack preferred).
  • Proven ability to analyze data and generate insights to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent project management and governance skills; experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a focus on outcomes.
  • Has a strong grasp of artificial intelligence concepts and the ability to apply AI tools and frameworks to solve real world problems at Aspire

Preferred qualifications :

  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics or engineering from a reputable university
  • An MBA and consulting experience would be highly desirable
  • Ability to speak Chinese would be an advantage
