Role Justification
This is a core management role responsible for offline campus operations, online business operations, and human resources strategy. The position requires in-depth knowledge of Singapore's education sector, local employment regulations, and digital growth models, driving integrated development across physical campuses and online acquisition channels. This is a high-skilled, strategic management role that cannot be substituted by execution-level or administrative positions.
Key Responsibilities Strategic & Overall Operations Management
l Develop and implement the company's overall operations strategy, covering campus operations and online business growth.
l Establish, review, and continuously improve operational management systems, business processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
l Monitor operational performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular analytical reports and improvement recommendations to senior management.
l Coordinate academic, marketing, online operations, and administrative teams to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
l Participate in new campus setup, exploration of new business models, and long-term development planning.
()Online Operations & Digital Growth Management
l Develop and drive the overall strategy for online operations and digital student acquisition.
l Establish and manage the company's social media and online channel ecosystem, including but not limited to Xiaohongshu
l Provide strategic guidance on content direction, brand communication, and user growth strategies, without direct involvement in execution-level tasks.
l Optimize online conversion funnels through data analysis to achieve a closed-loop process from lead generation to enquiry and enrollment.
l Drive integration between online operations and offline campus services to enhance enrollment efficiency and brand impact.
l Manage or liaise with third-party marketing, social media, or technology service providers to ensure achievement of operational objectives.
()HR Strategy & Compliance Management
l Develop and implement human resources strategies and annual manpower planning aligned with business needs.
l Lead recruitment for key positions and senior management roles, and build a sustainable talent pipeline.
l Design and continuously optimize performance evaluation systems, compensation structures, and employee development frameworks.
l Foster a positive, compliant, and stable organizational culture.
()Leadership & Governance
l Directly manage operations, administration, and human resources teams.
l Participate in business decision-making and organizational governance as a member of the management team.
l Support the Founder and Board in driving organizational standardization and scalable growth.
Qualifications & Experience
English:
l Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
l 10-15years of experience in operations and human resources management, including leadership roles
l Experience in managing online operations, digital growth, or social media strategy at a managerial level
l Strong data-driven mindset, cross-functional coordination, and strategic execution capabilities
