Lead the expansion of Company Group's Energy Division across Singapore and the Asia/Oceania region, identifying new opportunities and strengthening market presence.
Represent the Energy Division with professionalism, cultivating and sustaining strong partnerships with existing clients while proactively engaging prospective stakeholders.
Coordinate ongoing business activities—including shipping commercial and operational matters—and take ownership of new initiatives as project manager, ensuring successful execution from planning to delivery.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to local staff across Asia/Oceania, fostering collaboration, motivation, and alignment with business objectives.
Collect, analyze, and interpret energy policy trends and market developments in the region, delivering regular insights and strategic reports to management, divisional leaders, and Japan HQ.
Undertake additional responsibilities and ad hoc assignments to meet evolving business needs, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to organizational success.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Degree in Maritime or equivalent disciplines with at least 5 years of related working experience
Experienced in energy supply chain is a must
Experienced in vessel owning, managing, chartering and operating for any type of vessels
